The project utilised Optimised Construction v1, delivering the build 8 weeks faster than standard construction methodology. The development was completed ahead of contract programme, on time and on budget, in 9 months from building consent to council final inspection. The efficient timber construction methodology and hybrid offsite manufacturing approach enabled fast, concurrent builds while maintaining high-quality standards.
