The project utilised hybrid offsite manufacturing for simplified, fast onsite builds and concurrent construction, with house construction completed in 18.5 weeks from slab up. The development was delivered ahead of contract programme date in 10 months from building consent to council final inspection, achieving a Homestar 6 rating. A high level of quality was maintained throughout, supported by strong collaboration across the total project team and the site's easy access and location.
