An 18-unit design-and-build development on Te Atatū Peninsula comprising a 3-level walk-up apartment building with 12 apartments, plus six standalone homes across two additional blocks. The 12 apartments utilise precast concrete construction with several different façade treatments applied to the precast panels, complemented by large precast balconies. The 3-level apartments were delivered in 7 months from building consent approval to final inspection, while the overall project — including standalone units — was completed in 11 months, navigating a COVID level 4 lockdown during construction. The development was delivered on programme and achieved a Homestar 6 rating.
