Herne Bay

An extensive alteration and renovation in Herne Bay.

This extensive waterfront home spans three sites and four levels. The project involved the transformation of a former apartment building into a single residence through a major renovation and structural rework. The design integrates two boat sheds, a glasshouse, and terraced hard landscaping, all anchored by a dramatic suspended swimming pool. The insitu concrete structure is finished in travertine, glass-reinforced concrete, and zinc cladding, with dark steel joinery adding depth and contrast.
